The marine industry is highly competitive and the level of customer care is often the differentiator between the competing companies.

Our focus on commercializing customer centric services result in building marine facilities that enhance the passenger’s experience while bringing incremental revenue to the property.

Our marina development team is led by Nick Roemer. As one of the youngest candidates trained in marine mechanics in BC to ever receive the Red Seal designation, Nick has been in the marine industry for over 12 years. His broad experience in marina operations includes oversight for developing facilities that cater to both personal and commercial water crafts.
